Card Making...

During my senior year I had to make a scrapbook and I had a lot of fun doing it, but it was a lot of work. I found out that what is really fun is card making! I made a lot of the Thank You cards I sent out after graduation. I recently discovered a graphic designer by the name of Kristina Werner. She is great! She has a video blog on YouTube(Make A Card Monday) and a blog on her website. She posts color challenges every so often and this one I just couldn't resist. It's Martha Stewart inspired! I love these little booties and the sweet colors.

My 18th Birthday...

I turned 18 this Sunday and I got to announce it in church when they asked about birthdays! It was pretty fun. That's the best part about having your birthday on a Sunday. My parents bought me a bicycle for college! Brad and I have started riding and we're going to continue once we get to Abilene. It's going to be so much fun! They have trails all over town that they plan to connect to each other. That way you can get anywhere in town on your bike! I can't wait to meet new people and learn new things. Only one month left!
